Heather and Rob and the Beach Shack are great. We were right by a beautiful peaceful beach. The Beach Shack is comfortable and everything you would need or desire is provided. Great restaurants nearby.Heather is a wonderful hostess and Rob can and will solve any problems that arise quickly. We will be going back.
We spent a week in Manasota Key and my wife said this has been her favorite vacation. It's very low-key no pun intended, and we love having the bikes and kayaks available so we don't have to hull them down from Ohio. We saw Dolphins, Bald Eagles and Sharks, did some Snorkeling on the south tip of the Island, spent a few evenings at the Tiki Bar. The water is so clear. The hosts Heather and Rod are very thoughtful in how they have outfitted the rental. We love it and will definitely be back.
My husband and I loved this vacation rental. It was beautiful, really clean and just a short walk to the beach. Its all the little things that also made it special. Snacks, a few drinks, a cooler, an ice pack and beach items. We extended our stay and our text was answered promptly. Thank you we had a great stay.
This is a great place to stay on the lower portion of Manasota Key. The place is extremely nice and well kept, the outdoor shower was nice to use after a day at the beach which is only a few minutes walk away. The washer and dryer are nice, kitchen has all the utensils needed and they even provided some k-cups, snacks and drinks for our check in. There are several restaurants nearby, and when they say you only need to bring your sandals thats the truth! Can't wait to stay again!
This is our absolute favorite place to stay for a beach vacation. Rod and Heather are fabulous hosts. The Beach Shack has everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach towels, and tools for finding sharks teeth. They also have bikes and an outdoor shower. Each unit is clean and comfortable. The kitchens are well stocked for cooking. You cannot go wrong by making this your vacation destination.
Loved our time staying in the Flamingo at Beach Shack. The location is awesome, the beach is across the street and the bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. It is well appointed, super clean, comfy and the outdoor shower was a fun extra! The hosts are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and it’s a steal of a deal!! Will be back for sure!! Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay!!

Rod and Heather have done a wonderful job at making these places feel cozy, comfortable, and inviting for your stay. Truly a home away from home! Location, location, location!!! You are close to everything Manasota Key has to offer… beach, restaurant, and entertainment! You can’t go wrong with booking here!
